"My son is renting here and he can't use his closet because it smells really bad. The maintenance man told managment it doesn't stink so now they won't do anything more to get rid of the smell."

"Trash, hallway flooded from ceiling to walls to floors. If you’re a day late they shut the online pay services down and you have to pay more at Kroger. Terrible mgmt. Don’t Move here! You’ve been warned. The corporate office is just as bad at handling problems. Find another place as if your late they will file eviction paperwork on you and have you served. Ghetto fixed around there. Worst place ever! Also they won’t let you view the apartment and show you a model and once you sign the paperwork your done for 12 miserable months. Oh and if your late due to you job they at times like to shut the water off on your apartment. Big Games they like to play."

"Terrible place to live with incredibly rude office staff. Maintenance will only come after calling 5 times and when they do come they do everything in their power to fix the problem as cheaply and quickly as possible. Don't believe all the recent positive reviews as management turn-around at this place is astounding!!! Old appliances, carpet and plain white walls riddled with mold. During the winter the snow removal is abysmal and calling the office for anything will result in you being belittled and made to feel like you're asking for too much. Avoid at all costs."

"Alexis and Christine have been wonderful during the leasing process ❤️ Update 06/30/23: been living here for a few months now, love it. The office staff is so friendly and communicate well. Neighbors are good. I've had only one issue and it was resolved. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants great views and quick access to all major highways"

"Lived here for around 4 years and it was great first apartment. One less star for the fact that many of the units need a good update but it never bothered me. Everything worked fine, the space was very nice to have in my one bedroom as well. The closets were very spacious and I absolutely loved my third floor balcony, perfect for my standing hammock. Prices have increased just like every other place in the area so more updating should be done to compete. Enjoyed my time here, thank you! :)"
