Lloyd Bogner Income Tax Preparation

"My first experience with them after a referral. The person taking my intake paperwork mentioned taking edibles the day I went to drop off my paperwork, then backed it up with a "just kidding" when I didn't laugh. That individual also called my cell phone several times after business hours even though I already had an appointment scheduled and then again after I dropped off my initial paperwork. Went to drop off a missing document and inquired about mileage reimbursement, as I use my personal vehicle all day for work as a real estate professional. I was told by the front desk personnel that I couldn't. I mentioned that's not what my employers tax consultant told me and Mr. Bogner came out of the back room, angry, yelling and swearing and saying he wouldn't do my taxes anymore because I didn't believe him? When they didn't give me back ALL the paperwork with my name and identifying info he claimed it was HIS. Since his not going to be preparing my taxes he's not entitled to keep ANY of my personal identifying info, not even my phone number. They refused to give it back and I went to grab the paper with my info on it Mr. Bogner lunged forward and grabbed and squeezed my hand hard and ripped the paper out of my hands. This man is easily 6' 3" or so and 250+ lbs. Im 4'11 and 105 lbs.He squeezed my hand hard enough that it was still red when the police showed up. The police made them shred the identify info and they watched to make sure it was properly disposed off. A client has every right to ask questions regarding their taxes, as they should. Im paying for a service, not abuse. Police report can be located with the HPD."
