"Don’t change filters, blinds, etc. even when you first move in. Bathrooms are Terrible.. sink detached from the wall. You can’t take a bath in the tubs. Basement windows leak when it rains. Never had light fixture covers, windows are so old the blinds move from the wind blowing when the windows are closed. No way to properly put in an air conditioning unit. And the list goes on. The new management put some sod down and felt like that was enough to raise the rent. They do not upkeep this property at all."

"They have a policy where you have to pay the application fee and get approved before you can even view the apartment! That’s unheard of, I may decide I don’t like the bathroom and change my mind and now you have ran my credit and took my money. per Dina or Zina the manager you may view online. You know good and well them pics more than six months old. Girl bye ?? DEFINITE NO FOR ME!!"

"I wish it was a 0 star option. Ghetto, neglectful. My unit was just slapped with paint and moved me in. Plumbing terrible. Doors, handles, cabinets falling apart. Leaky windows with holes in every screen. Infested wit bugs. Yes roaches. Heat is junky and no a/c. I could have stayed in my mom's basement. I would have been more comfortable"

"The dirtiest place to rent from. The owner's do not care or even respect the tenets. It's a shooting or a fire every other night. Trash all over the place. They evict you illegally. Immigrants are moving in daily with no citizenship. It's a dumb to live in!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely terrible. Staff/Management are highly incompetent. When you call the office to inform them of repairs needed within your unit, they tell you to submit your concerns/repairs to the online system, just for them not to respond or communicate back with you, so you eventually have to call back or go in the office where they will provide nothing but excuses."
