"I arrive today for a showing of an apartment and unfortunately had to deal with the only person at the leasing office who is Susan. The reviews about Susan are 1000000% correct she’s an evil person who doesn’t seem to like her job. I can’t believe they trust her to oversee a property with as horrible of an attitude and as disrespectful as she is. I feel sorry for the tenants that have to interact with her on a daily basis. I asked her simple questions about the apartment complex, and she got upset with answering and told me that my viewing of the apartment was over. We walked back to the leasing office. Refused to speak to me in the office. Made me conduct the remainder of my conversation outside refused to answer additional questions and then lock the door. Stay far away from this place she’ll test your temper."
"Management is poor can’t talk corporate staff over leasing manager in office at all. No Maintenance or spring cleaning on property. Windows outside foggy. Just anybody coming into units to fix things randomly and I don’t trust it. Hot water tank went out literally 5 times for days at a time and still haven’t been replaced. Car has been stolen three times luckily insured. Complex streets has wholes so large you can burst a tire before you get to the Main Street. Property manager opened my mail and posted on door with paper clip #illegal. Doors were replaced so bold that I have a whole where I can see sunlight on the side of my door and cause my energy bill to increase when using heat and air. The Intercom on wall to open door doesn’t work. Pool haven’t been open for 5+ years and they use the excuse that the city has to come out and inspect instead of telling you that they just aren’t investing into the property.Just horrible. Okay"
"Word of Advice: Run!!!!!!!! Old appliances, no reliable maintenance team, dishwasher leaks water to the floor, had to turn my dryer on 3xs before my laundry fully dried, no hot water for a month before fixing after I had to threaten to withhold rent. Speaking of rent, you have to mail it out each month to a p.o. box & pay the post office extra to send it certified with a tracking # because they will lie and say they did not receive the rent on time so they can charge you a $75 late fee! BIG SCAMMERS! Do yourself a favor & do not move here Folks! So glad I moved!!!"
"My daughter was approved to move in the 1st day of March 2020. She gave her $200.00 Application fee. And my daughter was scheduled to move out her other apartment. Long story short the lady in the office never gave my daughter the apartment number, so my daughter put her things in storage.Myself and my daughter tired to reach out to the lady she wouldn’t say the apartment number nor say she can move forward. This is not OK now my daughter has no place to stay with this COVID-19 going on in her things are in storage and Lady keeps saying corporate will get in touch with her which she hasn’t heard from anyone yet nor would she give corporate number to us."
"The apartment complex itself is okay - clean but dated and a little sketchy. But the property management company is shady, dishonest, and is only contactable by SNAIL MAIL. If you have an issue, they can only be contacted through a PO Box. No registered phone number, no email, no website. They are holding around $250 of my security deposit back with no explanation. I paid all my rent and my one late fee I had. They said I owed them a forwarding balance in the note with the check they cut that had over $300+ in eronious fees taken from the security deposit. Finally, they said in the letter I only had 7 days to dispute the amount but I didn’t recieve the letter until 3 WEEKS after the date noted inside on the paper work. They haven’t responded to the letter I wrote them over two weeks ago that I sent to the PO Box - which was my only way of recourse. I’m an honest, hardworking person and I have never had any issues with any other property management company in the 10+ years I’ve been renting. I’ve also never gotten less than my full security deposit back."
