"I’ve been living here for going on a year now - anytime I have had any concerns Mackenzy is on it. I “broke” my silverware drawer recently and opened a service order with Mackenzy yesterday. Within 24 hours Herman was out and fixed my drawer - I only pulled it off the track :) Thank you Mackenzy and Herman!!!"

"my boyfriend and i just moved here a couple months ago and i have nothing but amazing things to say. the entire staff is so accommodating and incredibly nice. i never feel like a bother when i have to ask a question or ask for something. maintenance is at my apartment almost immediately when i’ve had to have something worked out. the apartment is so spacious and beautiful and it’s such a nice, quiet area. honestly so grateful to have found this place and now call it “home” :)"

"I really cannot say enough good things about this place!! My husband and I lived here for 2 years before we bought our house and we absolutely loved it!! Very quiet and well maintained. Maintenance was always extremely fast, if needed, I don’t think we ever had to wait more than an hour the few times we had to call. The office staff is ALWAYS so friendly and kind. It is a great place to live!!"

"Love it here so far! Newer appliances, new carpet, upgraded throughout unit. It's pretty quiet in my building for the most part, just the occasional dogs barking. Mackenzy is very friendly and welcoming. Mataince fixed a few things the day of the call or the next day. I hope they upgrade the windows and door as they are extremely drafty! Overall I recommend this place."

"The only good thing I can say about this place is that they keep up with the place and if something breaks they will be there quick to fix it! Other than that I had a very bad experience here and so glad to be out! Lots of dog barking complaints that never got solved! Loud music past 11 o’clock! If your a non smoker I wouldn’t recommend people smoke all in the halls and goes threw the vents of your place so all your stuff smells like musty smoke! Just wasn’t happy here!"
