"Honestly I wouldn’t recommend moving into the Phoenix place apartments!!! Worst mistake…. Men are very thirsty. It’s always filthy in the hallways, elevators they playoff, like you don’t pay rent, but in reality you do….. winter time they keep the building to hot, not considering people that have asthma or breathing issues… people knocking on your door, asking for stuff at late hours of the night… ordered out food gets stolen. Happened to me multiple times. I wouldn’t waste my time filling out an application here."

"An acquaintance was placed here after being in a shelter. She says Security is a joke here & maintenance is nonexistent. Its Hell on Earth. Fleas, crackheads, Dead mice, cockroaches, bed bugs. People pee on the elevator floor, Junkies hanging out in the parking lot, blocking the front door begging for rides, cigarettes & money. People o.d here regularly. Police are called here atleast 4× a day she said. She was clean for 8/9 months til she was placed here I witnessed a huge altercation in the parking lot & security didn't even intervene. Phoenix place apartments in pontiac on Woodward is not where you want to be. Its lunatics & drug addicts. You will definitely regret moving here!!!!"
