Oxford Village Apartments leasing office

"Terrible management when we lived here (2014-2017). Other tenants are inconsiderate and constantly smoking weed. Thin walls, no insulation and single pane windows. Avoid at all costs!!!!! ETA: moldy bathrooms that were covered up with cheap paint, not all rooms were freshly painted when we moved in (previous tenants tape still on wall), cheap linoleum was peeling in kitchen. We also had a water issue shortly before moving out. It started foaming straight out of the tap. We ran a home kit from Home Depot that came back positive for hard water (which we could already tell) and for lead. I tried telling the company and it fell on deaf ears."

"It would be really nice if they would answer the phone or at least return a phone call."

"I’ve called multiple times everyday for the last two weeks to try and move in here and rent a 2b. I live over a hour away and since no one works here apparently to answer a cell phone I thought I would drive out during hours to apply and talk in person. The office was locked and no one would answer even tho I stood there for 15 mins. I’ll take my money somewhere else thanks. Obviously they don’t care about the people who live here or want to."
