"It was iffy from the moment we moved here. There was a guy with an ankle monitor which is fine, but in the lease it says if you don’t pass the background check you can’t live in the building. I brought this to management and she lied to my face and told me he didn’t live here. Why are you holding everyone else to this standard but not him? Anyways, after we mentioned it they gave him 2 weeks to move out which is also not what we wanted at all we just weren’t fans of arbitrary rules. He told us she told him he could live here anyway but once someone complained he had to leave? That’s just unprofessional and weird to me. Our vehicle was broken into along with several others and nothing was done because the complex has NO cameras or security. So because of that our rent was raised to include liability insurance. We’re pretty sure whoever did it lives here, because we also had packages stolen by other tenants that weren’t returned until we threatened to call the police. So many new people have moved in that smoke marijuana which is fine, but some people have kids and don’t want their apartment reeking of weed. Sometimes you go out into the halls and choke on it it’s so bad. I really wouldn’t care if I didn’t have a baby whose lungs I’m trying to protect being a smoker myself. I just don’t smoke in my apartment for several reasons. Used to seem like a nice place but it’s rapidly going downhill. Sometimes our hot water doesn’t work and we have to heat up water on the stove for baths! Maintenance has walked into my apartment with little warning other than one knock and I was not decent. I had to run into my bedroom to change and I don’t know what they saw. Very nice guys and maybe they assumed everyone was at work but that’s not ok. The only reason we stay is the affordability at this point. You’ll spend a fortune on laundry as the washer and dryer are HALF THE SIZE of a standard home machine and costs 2.00 to wash 1.50 to dry and you literally are only washing 1/2 a load at a time. For reference, you could only fit one full size thin comforter in the washer at a time. The halls are not clean at all and it’s honestly embarrassing to have people over because of the grime. The insides of the apartments themselves are VERY nice for the price though. It’s a good starter apartment, I just wish the community was better."

"We just renewed our lease for a second year, and have been very happy. The neighbors are all very nice and it’s very quiet here. Maria, the manager is great. Maintenance is always quick to come and resolve any issues that we have. The rent pricing is fair and it’s a great place to live. We’ve never had issues with the location, and it feels safe here!"

"Management and maintenance staff are amazing!! 5 stars to them!! But apparently, the owner of this establishment, doesn't consider not having working air in 97° heat an emergency."
