"Nice spacious apartments however they go up 100 on the rent every year with no updates, complain about everything under the sun makes you feel like your in jail. Unnecessary Policies , dog poop everywhere, charge you for the dumbest things and it’s 40$ extra to pay your rent online! Loved my apartment but they are to overpriced to act the way they do. And good luck on parking spaces because they are filled with unused cars , leasing ladies are nice however since Kelly been gone"

"Just turned in my apartment keys after living there for 4 years. If I wasn’t moving out of town, I wouldn’t have had left this place. The property management staff are very professional and helpful. They responded very quick if I ever had any concerns. Very spacious units, about 1000 sqft for a 2b 1.5b unit also there are storage spaces in the basement. Lots of parking space Most of the neighbours are nice. And most importantly, the maintenance staff are very quick in fixing the issues. I never had to wait for more than a day after I created a service request in the portal. Overall, a great experience!"

"Neighbors were cool people. Now with that said don't move here. In the winter time if you live on the 2nd floor ice forms and freezes on the ceiling. The maintenance people are lazy. THERES SO MUCH DOG POOP ALL OVER THE PROPERTY ITS NASTY, DISGUSTING, TRIFLING, whatever you want to call it its so horrible and I love dogs. But the apartment managers does nothing about it. All the 95percent of the people who have dogs don't pick up after their dogs when they take them out, the bad thing about that is the complex has poop bags posted throughout the property and they still don't pick up after the dogs. One lady I've seen pick up after her dog and literally throw the bag with poop in the bushes. It's bad it's nasty and the Managers, The Grounds people, maintenance does nothing about it."

"I been here about a month and I love my place. The location is everything!!! You don’t have to drive far to go to your local grocery store or even see a movie. My one bedroom is spacious and I love the white everything. When I had a problem, maintenance came on time. The only thing I would suggest is to the owner is putting more lights out near the parking lot and walk ways. It’s so dark outside. Also update the kitchen appliances. Also add a second washer and dryer. One per building is not working. You should want to invest in your property you own. I would recommend moving here. The community is nice. Just need to make small minor changes."
