"I cannot say enough good things about the manager Phil Bacalia, and the rest of the staff including Mackenzie. They always greet you with a smile and the most cheerful welcome. Even if they have a client in front of them, they take the time to greet you while you are in line. They are beyond courteous, always helpful, and no matter the subject matter, even if they need to get another office involved, they take the time to do it so as to take care of me. You can tell the staff is well informed and know their banking products. That branch is a keeper, they make the Community Choice Credit Union organization look very, very, very good.
