"I called fedex, and they told me to go to this location. Unfortunately the employee there wouldn't accept my package. Telling me that they are not allowed to take medical samples. He showed me an exception list. Even though he couldn't find anything about not being able to accept medical samples, he still would accept it. They didn't even attempt to scan the label. I would understand if the system gave them a message: "Do not accept." I would recommend using a different drop-off location."
