"The tellers are amazingly kind but this bank clearly lacks any type of integrity and is seriously lacking in security. I've had my account hacked 3 times in 2 & 1/2 years and the second time when Microsoft got hacked and I went in one of there employees told me it had happened to hundreds of their customers. Why would they not call all of the customers then and make them aware, I never got a phone call and when I went to dispute they said since it had been over a month they couldn't do anything and I had to try to get back all my money myself which never happened. I could understand having to change my card one time, but 3 times I'm 2 & 1/2 years is ridiculous, most of the people are very nice but they clearly are a mom and pop operation that cannot protect anyone's money or do the right thing if they get hacked. I'm changing backs and encouraging everyone I know that banks their to do the same, shameful."

"I love this bank and how everything is connected, however every time I make a deposit they ALWAYS without fail put it in the wrong account. Even after spelling mine and my husbands name and asking for it in our joint account it ends up not there. I am beyond frustrated with how often this occurs"
