"After living here for 3 years, my advice is to avoid at all cost! MRD properties is the worst management company I've ever dealt with. They are a typical bait and switch company. The so called amenities are pretty much non existent. Bike racks and basketball hoop are not amenities. A bird feeding garden that nobody is allowed to use or touch except for the cleaning lady, is also not an amenity. The above mentioned cleaning lady is a company mole that takes pictures and sends to MRD to tattle and spy on the residents. Ask any resident that lives there! MRD constantly changes the policies in place, even though they violate the lease you signed. I also want to mention there were 4 different property managers in the 3 years I was there. One might wonder why that is? They now charge for water based on the square footage of your apartment and then divide that amongst each rented apartment. Why am I paying the same amount as a single man in a 2 bedroom apartment as the 2 bedroom apartment that have 4 people living in it? The company managing water usage sends usage quarterly but yet the residents receive a monthly bill? They have one meter in each building and the water is split among the residents. Google YES Energy management, they have numerous complaints. The apartments at Fenton Estates are dated and look like they buy the fixtures etc from a 70's trailer park supply company. They do have updated and remodels but you'll pay almost 350 dollars more a month. They wanted to raise my rent 100 dollars this year, which is why I left. My rent went up over 50 dollars every year in the 3 years I was there. You get nothing for your money. Nada, Zilch! Your not allowed to decorate your balcony. No flags, wind chimes or anything that makes your place look inviting and something you can call home. They used to have balcony/patio decorating contest, but that all stopped after they put new policies in place because 1 person complained. Have you noticed that all the reviews are over a year-old and are only good reviews selected by the management company? Stay Away and avoid at all cost. Do your research and get something for your hard earned money."

"I've been a resident at Fenton Estates for a little over 2 years, Amy the manager has been so helpful. She has always answered any questions and or issues as well as works on getting things in a timely manner. Greg has done an amazing job keeping the building in great shape as well as show removal. I am very lucky to live in a community where the office staff cares."

"I’ve been at Fenton Estates since October of 2020. I feel so at home here as everyone is friendly and the staff is so helpful in every way you can imagine. Fenton Estates is tucked in a quaint wooded area so it’s not unlikely to see deer, squirrels, ducks, and etc, around the grounds and in the courtyard. The trees are filled with the sound of so many song birds and the courtyard is such a nice view out your patio window to enjoy all the season’s colors. Desiree, in the front office, always greets you with a friendly smile. She’s willing to help you with all your needs as well as just be a listening ear when you have.a problem. I feel she goes out of her way to make living here pleasant in every way. Mary works very hard to keep the building’s common areas clean and goes above and beyond to be helpful in any way you may need assistance. She even checks in on you if she’s heard you were sick to see if you need anything. She’s so thoughtful and considerate. Jack, our maintenance man, is quick to respond to any of your maintenance needs with a smile on his face. The entire staff treats you as if you’re family, and when you live alone, it’s nice to know they are always here to help."

"Now that I have moved in and been living in Fenton Estates for a few months I just had to write another review. My apartment is spacious and light filled. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. The grounds are beautiful with frequent sightings of various wildlife. The staff is wonderful and quick to respond to any issues. I couldn't be happier with my decision to reside at Fenton Estates. I absolutely love it here."
