"Love this place go there never a line and people there to help you with the machines, and mailing out packages"
"If your package ends up in Oak Park, MI your in for a long wait and probably a damaged package. Delivery people are nice though."
"It wasn't a bad experience I got in and got out thanks to Iwazuna! Nobody is usually there at the fedex counter, so you would've to go and get a walhlgreen employee so you can drop off or pickup your package. FedEx is still a detestable shipping company though."
"I went to this store, already frustrated after a long day. Pierre was very polite, even though I was probably pretty snippy at first. He was helpful and was able to help me with what I was struggling with and had me out of there quickly. Two thumbs up."
"I needed to return an item from an online seller that partners with FedEx for returns. Their site told me the drop off location would be able to print the label for me if I just brought the item packed up - this location was SPECIFICALLY referenced as a place that could do this. Apparently that isn't the case - which wouldn't have bothered me much. However, I was still waiting in line when I was loudly asked by the person working (who was still dealing with the customer ahead of me) if I had a label already printed out. I said no and tried to begin explaining the situation, but before I could get a word out I was basically yelled out of the store that "we don't do that here" (i.e. printing the labels). Tried to confirm what I should do next and show the worker the email I received with a QR code referencing that location, but couldn't get a word out. A miscommunication on policies/services is one thing, but the response was completely unnecessary."
