Westbrook Apartments

"Initially, I was pleased with the overall quality of the complex and its spacious units. Especially the great service of the maintenance staff. However, my satisfaction took a significant downturn when a few neighbors became disruptive and destructive. The noise level and disturbance caused by these neighbors have been extremely disruptive to the point where its been difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment. Despite addressing my concerns with the apartment complex management, I have observed a concerning pattern of favoritism towards these disruptive neighbors, seemingly due to incentives they receive as part of the Section 8 program previously allowed. As a resident, it is disheartening to see a once-positive atmosphere compromised by the ongoing issues created by a few individuals. While I understand and appreciate the importance of affordable housing programs, it is equally crucial to ensure that all residents, regardless of their housing assistance, adhere to community rules and guidelines. I can no longer recommend Westbrook due to the challenges posed by the disruptive neighbors, and the apparent protective stance towards them. They receive full market value for the housing incentive therefore will never address any poor behavior. I hope that improvements will be made to create a more peaceful and harmonious living environment for all residents. There are plenty of other properties around that would not tolerate this behavior. For what you pay, you deserve peace of mind for your personal property and living space."

"This place is horrible when it comes to their communication. I tried setting up a tour with them for two whole months. I called numerous times, left voicemails every time, and sent countless amounts of emails. I even reached out to them on their social media and they left me on read. After sending a few emails, I finally had someone reach out to me about three weeks later. When I replied, I didn’t receive responses to the questions I had asked. So here I am two months later, happy that my boyfriend and I found another complex that prioritizes their customers and cares about their reputation. I just had to come back and say that this was a huge red flag. I can’t even imagine what their communication would have been like with us if we had lived there. Hopefully you don’t run into the same issues we did but if you do, just do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere."

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 and a half years now. Riley is extremely kind and communicative and the maintenance staff is impeccable. We had our heat and fridge stop within days of each other and both were fixed the same day. Best rental I’ve had. Thank you!"

"I’ve been at Westbrook for about 8 months and it’s probably the best rental I’ve had! The apartments are spacious with tons of storage space. Everything is well maintained inside and out, and the staff are extremely friendly and communicative. If we ever have a service request, Bev comes out right away to help us out. Also in a great location right by the freeway, so it’s easy to commute."

"I lived here for 2 years (03/2018-03/2020). It’s a very nice property. I lived in unit 611 which was an upgraded unit! It was a very nice 3 bed 2 bath apartment. We didn’t have many maintenance issues and the one that we dud have was our fault. They came out and fixed the issue promptly. I couldn't say enough nice things about the professionalism of each worker there. Suzanne, Bonnie, Beverly and everyone else we encountered were all nice and very professional and personable. Even when the government shutdown affected me they were willing to work with me! I miss this place already"
