"Stay away from Thorncrest and working with Melissa Sparrow. Terrible customer service, drugs, users and dealers outside at all hours of the night, people dying In their units to be found months later rotting and decaying.. squatters not paying rent while she’ll keep the deposit of hardworking PAYing residents. Beware."

"There was a very strange man named walter. He has a brother in law named hank and he is constantly shopping for dish products. He has a roommate named jesse and Mr. White is constantly saying, "Jesse we need to cook!". He also has a very strange winnebago that he always parks in the handicapped area. This place gives me the creeps."

"Horrible place. After terminating renting, they keep your security deposit for no reason; It has been six months, and I'm still in the legal process of working my money back; how bad do you want to rent this apartment?"

"By far the most run down apartments in the area. So I work as a delivery driver and I have been in alot of these apartment buildings and each one is so run down. The stairs in most of them feel like they are going to give out under your feet when you go up them. One of the buildings recently had the roof cave in because they do the bare minimum amount of repairs to the place. Also recently on evey bulding all the balconys have been closed off with caution tape do to them no longer being safe. The interiors of these apartments haven't been changed since the 70s. Hands down these are the worst apartments in saline they all need to condemned and torn down."

"We have lived in this place for about 8 years. We have had a door wall that has been broken because of faulty maintenance for at least 4. They have refused to fix the door wall. People have pets running wild. Drugs galore in the place. Police called to the complex at least once a week. We pay 725 a month and have not gotten our money's worth since day one. We have to insulate our broken door wall every year. No reduction to the rent for the nightmarish conditions we are living in. Please do not rent here. I have talked to the maintenance people they are alright, they just can not do a job this large on their own without leadership's ok. Do yourself a favor and spend some time looking else where."
