"This apartment complex is not as great as they make it sound. The maintenance is lazy, I called and put in many work orders and they usually didn’t get done and I had to call multiple times and if the work did get done it took weeks or months at time. The outside trim is all rotten and molded, every appliance was bad and had to be replaced and three yrs I lived there they not once replaced the broken dishwasher. I would called the front office and nothing would change with maintenance doing their job. Apartment was horrible and when I moved out they wanting to charge me extra money after keeping my security deposit for repairs in this apartment. This place is crazy and scammers, they don’t care about their residents and the apartments. They charge way too much for the rent on top of all the other negative things. This place is horrible and should be shut down. These apartments would not pass an inspection. DONT LIVE HERE……"

"If I could give it a zero, I would! Don’t live here. The manager is terrible, the maintenance is a joke, they don’t care about the safety and well being of their residents and this will be how you’ll live for months. While also none of the appliances work, and the water is an absolute nightmare. I’m pregnant and have kids and this is how we are living. It’s crazy. While charging us a ton to live here… just imagine you moving into my already flooded apartment that’s just painted over mold. You’ll be the next one"

"I’ve lived here for almost a year and I love it. Sam at the front office is amazing and so helpful!!! The maintenance staff is also great. Any issues I have they are quick to fix them. The layout of the apartment is awesome and prefect size for me and my teenage son (Im in a second floor, 2 bedroom). There’s even a pool. This is a perfect location as well, close to everything. Obviously there is room for update, but all in all these apartments are great."

"The local staff is good and helpful, you can tell the main corporation is very cheap and only cares about profit. They need more maintenance personal and need to throw more money into the upkeep. Water quality is terrible, half my windows have condensation in them so can't really see out and just looks bad. Garage door won't close when it's cold out and the ground is frozen. When I moved in the heat and A/C wouldn't work because of all the cat hair, dander, and dust that had clogged the coil preventing air flow. Had mice in the apartment and garage this winter. There are plants growing out of the gutters. Neighbors dog uses their deck to go to the bathroom... I could go on. Good location and helpful/friendly staff. Upper management needs to step up. Kind of embarrassing with the upkeep they do when you are paying over $1400 a month."

"I really like living here. There are basic issues, all of which can be expected even in any place you live. Great things about this place: having my own garage, having an online portal for rent and work orders and anything else, the office is very helpful and responsive. I use a water filter for my daughter’s baths and for drinking water, but it’s not bad. This time of year it seems hard to keep my place warm enough. Next winter I’m going to put plastic on the windows. There is a flooding issue on the ground outside. I’m sure management is aware of this. Not sure what anyone can do about it short of laying gravel all throughout the grass. It seems like a safe and respectable community. I feel safe being here with my child. Very grateful to be living here."
