"I’ve lived here for about two years now, I referred a friend to live here who has lived here for 6 months and never got the promised referral pay even after filling paperwork for them and they ignored me when I messaged them about it. My appliances break all the time, only short term fixes never long term. And my window is broken to the point I can’t open it without the whole window frame coming off and it’s been like so for months. Our buzzers don’t even work. It’s not worth the money at all."

"Was supposed to get my sink fixed and get a garbage disposal put in still have not been fixed it’s been a year now? And the office says they’re always open but never are if you miss your rent maybe like say 2 days late they’ll say you have 7 days to pay or u have to leave. Then you got kids that go around and still out your mailbox or packages by your door got my bike Stolen right off my patio not the best place"
