This convenient location is inside Dollar General, allowing customers to pick up and drop off pre-labeled FedEx packages without the need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip to a FedEx facility. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location. Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, weigh less than 55 pounds, and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
There are no additional fees for using this service at the Brighton location. Online shopping returns with pre-printed FedEx labels can also be dropped off here. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages are accepted as long as they have a U.S. originated address and include a completed printed label with a FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so all packages must be ready to ship with the shipping label affixed to the box. For assistance with packing supplies or help with packaging items, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location.
