"In the past they had great service; not anymore, though I love their products. My last order I made on May 31st, 2023 On June 16th I contacted them, they said it was in stock and would be pushed through the warehouse. June 28th, I contacted them again they said it should be leaving the warehouse that day. July 13th contacted again they said items were in stock and were scheduled to leave that day. July 14th they contacted me and said items were not in stock and it would be a couple more weeks. August 9th I emailed and called to cancel my order. They get 2 stars for easy cancelation and past success. If you can buy it somewhere else for a couple $ more I'd do that. Frustrating to have spent so mich time contacting and being told incorrect information."

"Fast shipping. Ordered on Thursday evening received it Tuesday. Bos was damaged and partly open . Due to the damage. Ii will say it was 2 one gallon jugs. Box couldn't handle it. But great price even with shipping cost."
