"I broke my ankle in 3 places because their grass is not level with their sidewalk. I am 60. My ankle is healing well, but I now have PTSD because I had never broken a bone before and I am pretty helpless. Then comes a letter from management stating erroneously that my rent had not been paid, and I will be evicted in 14 days. Now I'm having nightmares. Even though I verified (before the nightmare of getting evicted and having nowhere to go) that my rent has in fact been paid, I have not heard from management. In my opinion, they feel empowered by scaring people and don't have it in them to apologize or communicate to me that I may disregard the letter. They are scary people. Avoid this place if you have any moral sense of proper and improper behavior."

"My 78 year old mom was approved for an apt here but once she got the letter of approval she has not heard anything back and its been almost a month now and she needs a place by may 1st. I have called numerous times and left messages but they will not reply to any of them so the review saying this same thing is correct on the t because it is true 100% as I am currently going through the same thing with trying to get an answer for my mom with no good results at all, do not try to rent here, they suck and not professional at all. Not recommended for a place to call home at all."

"Terrible... Everything is junky, people are rude, management can't even do the simplist things... Like salting the drive in and out. Its litteraly a pig sty... Don't ever move here! Never not ever! Im serious!!! U will either have a methlab explode, and burn all ur belongings to the ground.. Or the complex itself will destroy ur life. It is as if u have been sucked into a black hole of despair... Beware at all costs!!! Plz stay away... I beg of thee"

"If you want to be treated like trash from the moment you walk in the door to apply then come here. If you want to be treated like a human being go somewhere else. I was talked to like I was a simpleton from the moment I walked in and was even told I couldn't look at an apartment before renting, because "they just don't do that." Sorry, but I don't rent with out seeing what I am paying for and as for being talked to like I'm stupid, I am a well educated woman who has just happened to have fallen on hard times. I am disgusted that the management is allowed to be at the level she is. She should be kind to all of her applicants despite their income status, especially since these apartments are low income housing. Take a class in customer service or better yet, owners, get new management."
