"12-27-23 Here we go again. Package opened and looked at. Theft is so bad at Amazon. How can they not get a handle on this? Put up cameras. Fire people. Yell them you will report them to the police. Do something. Hire me and I’ll show you who they are. Not hard at all! I’ve caught a driver opening my package before delivery. I called and was hard to think it went any further. Get on top of this before it starts hurting your business. Terrible! 05/29/22 So lately all of my packages run late almost every time. I’m a prime member and almost always my purchase says I’ll have it the next day. Nope! The package I’m now waiting on said it left from its second location and was headed here and be out for delivery today. Nope! Now it says maybe tomorrow or even the next day. I’m paying for prime service but only receive normal free Amazon privileges. How in the heck does this make sense? Can someone explain? Way to not respond Amazon! Previous: Our most recent package delivered was torn open and re taped back shut. My area has been getting some crazy deliveries from Amazon according to the Nextdoor app. Our package was delivered oddly into our mailbox. I saw the delivery guy jump into the back of the vehicle and was there for quite awhile. Once he popped out of his side door he saw me coming and it was like he panicked or something because he hurried up and put our package in our mailbox and jumped back in his Amazon vehicle just as fast as possible. I even yelled thank you and he was in such a hurry he didn’t respond like they usually do. There’s word that some delivery employees may be opening packages and taking items they want. Then leaving the boxes on the porch empty. These are posted on that app Nextdoor. My package had the item picture covered so the delivery guy wouldn’t have known what it was. Seems awful fishy it was also left in the mailbox once I came outside. It was a light timer for outside so not many younger persons would want one. I hope it’s not bad delivery people trying to cheat it’s customers. It’ll hurt the good name on Amazon for sure."
"From what I read, it was enough for me not to go to my interview. I watched a lot of videos and heard how staff was treated by this delivery service, and candidates are NOT employed by Amazon."
"This place is a mess they let the flex drivers run and pick their routes which makes the process take forever. Staff was rude and unclear on the process. I have done flex all over the US for some time now and I have never seen such a circus like they have here"
"My boxes were left in the snow at 11pm. One step and they would have been under the covered front porch. Three had food in them."
"Extremely unprofessional company. Cannot fulfill Amazon orders in a timely manner. Constantly sent notices of delayed pacakages. Drivers do NOT follow simple delivery instructions. Never had issues when Amazon used USPS or UPS. This location needs their management team replaced with people who understand logistics."
