"Well, Still waiting for my bedding, it was ordered on April 20th. Did another email today and no response. What horrible customer service when you call and get the answering machine, with no ability to leave a message. I am a first and last time user of this company. We have tried everything, I wish I would have charged it so my credit card people could go after these people. I will write a bad review everyday until I get a response. At this point I want a full refund ! I will be checking into this farther to see what my options are. Maybe a case for Jessie!"

"#horrible Customer service. Ordered a comforter set and the ship date would be in the nick of time for Christmas (12/24/18). Did it anyway because it was just what my granddaughter wanted. Silly me. I contacted them to get a tracking number and Tony told me (after a week) the company has no tracking number. Sorry about that. And have a good day! Too late Christmas eve to shop, so granddaughter got shafted on her gift. 12/27 now and still NOBODY will respond to my messages. Don't shop here if you have a timeline"

I absolutely love the King Comforter Set I purchased. I am going to purchase another one for my other bedroom. I had originally purchased the same Comforter set on another Bedding site but I was going to have to wait longer and pay an exorbitant S&H.
