"This seems like a awesome place besides I’ve read a lot of reviews and they all say something bad about the chairs. Maybe you guys could upgrade your chairs? And this fun service looks awesome and definitely fun even for the adults some look big enough for us too! I never new about this place until now scrolling through my places and rating places and just happened I ran upon this fun looking gem!!"
"I wish I could give this place zero stars, we rented chairs and tables! Tables were good quality but the chairs WERE NOT! They were very flimsy I’m 32 weeks pregnant and their chair snapped on me! And I was holding a new born baby when it happen (yes me and my baby is okay and the newborn baby is okay as well) but the point is it should have never happen I should of never had to leave my party to go to the hospital because of their chairs! And all they had to say was there was a weight limit? I’m not that big, but even if I was that’s not the point I do have bigger people in my family! The chairs should be better quality and you can tell they don’t maintenance their chairs, we should have gotten a refund and an apology! They are very lucky we are not going through with sueing them! BE AWARE OF THEIR CHAIRS"
"Had a good experience with this place until the end of our party! My pregnant sister fell while sitting in one of fun services chairs WHILE holding a new born baby!! The baby is okay and so is my sister but she had to leave her party to go to the hospital because of this issue! We called fun services and all they had to say was there’s a weight limit, even though my sister isn’t big?? So great response fun services! Regardless of a weight limit, all the chairs were flimsy, so I guarantee this won’t be the first time!! Be careful!!! And shame on fun services for letting people rent out flimsy chairs, what are bigger people even supposed sit on? The ground? Your a party service for a reason! Get better chairs!"
"I was new to the Santa's secret shop this year. Wendy from Fun Services was there for me every step of the way. The new inventory came fast when I ordered more. Wendy was very quick to answer all of my questions when I called her. Hands down best Vendor experience I have ever had the pleasure of working with."
