"Walking into the store, I was greeted by associate Dalton. Coming into the store I did not know if OfficeMax offered the printing services I was looking for. After speaking with Dalton, he provided me with exactly what I was looking for. The exceptional service provided by the associate was world class. As an accountant by trade, I am somewhat a perfectionist and believe at times I am difficult to work with, but Dalton was able to accommodate all my specific requests throughout the transaction. I will 100% come back to this location."
"The staff is very helpful and know their inventory very well. They all go out of their way to find what products I am looking whenever I can’t find them on my own. I am encouraged that your company has such good staffing and that you retain stores are open so that I can interact in person with a human for my purchases rather than be forced onltbto a chat and AI communications."
"I recently visited the OfficeMax store in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The staff was cheerful and knowledgable. I was helped with sending my FedX packages and the additional purchases I made. The staff were very helpful and professional with my needs! I will return to make future purchases. To all the staff, thank you! On my most recent visit I found the speciality paper products dwindling on the store shelves. Come on corporate, stock the shelves for those of us who still like to physically shop in the store. There is no substitute for touching and feeling the products I'm interested in buying!"
"Ive seen racism and disrespect but from the people of this place is unbelievable!!! Ive given these people multiple chances to redeem themselves but I guess they asked for a nice review! The crabby old lady (kinda short and hair in a bun, nasty facial expression) that works in the print station has the worst service to ever exist, she is truly a racist. I go about 2x a week to print labels and usually there's a respectful gentlemen or a young girl that help me and they take care of me. This lady, I have delt with her 3 times so far, I go to her and ask her for help in printing and she says I can't help and we don't offer the service your asking for with the nastiest expression on her face. She has the audacity to say she will overcharge me if I want what I asked for and in reality I have never been overcharged ( money hungry). I told her the gentleman usually helps me and all and she said "well I'm not going to help you so you can go over to the self serve station and do it yourself". She has time to offer others help right in front of me to prove even more that she's a prejudice white lady! Now you have the nasty manager who looks like a mini replica of her... I brought it to her attention today after being disrespected on the spot and she has the audacity to tell me that she does have the right to overcharge me and decides to side with her. These people are so slow that they decide to overcharge others to make up for their loss! Everything I explained to her has no meaning from the disrespect I received. I stayed around for an extra 15 minutes and watched them help others and play on their phones when they finished. People these days want more money but no work. That lady in the print station deserves to be fired because she knows nothing about respect and that manager also has to go because she's just as racist as her."
"I bought an expensive ink for printer. Their machine messed up as it was finished. I told them it said finished but they refused to believe that and charged me again. I was double charged. Now I have to jump through hoops to get 100 dollars back from them. Terrible customer service terrible helping those who shop from them well never ever again will I shop from them....if 0 stars was available"
