Reviews of Office Depot
"Very slow service. So slow that I have to wait for half an hour to get attended to for getting my papers laminated. The employees do not care about the customers"
"Visited the store on 2/12/24 after searching for a specific protractor that was needed to help my daughter better understand her geometry homework. Although the store ultimately didn’t have it, two gents named Ryan and Malcolm (thank you both) searched their inventory and other parts of the store with the idea that it may have been accidentally moved. Extremely professional, they called another store, and asked that they hold one at the register for me. I arrived at that location and was able to obtain it and explain my daughter’s homework to her without and issues."
"I needed speciality invites today and I went to buy the paper. I inquired about printing at the store and Bobbie was AWESOME!! She walked me thru the process of downloading the template, setting up my document and assisting me with the printing! She was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! Also, Alex was very helpful with assisting me with finding the paper I saw online! Overall, great service from these employees!!"
"I think it's a horrible Place very unprofessional Staffing Marlon who was a manager refused to help a handicap individual who was struggling to get his copies done who acts at least four or five different questions and was asking for help. This gentleman did not receive help until I demanded for Marlon to go over and help him he's a disabled individual and he's a senior it is your job to assist individuals who ask for help and I've noticed since I was standing here this gentleman has asked you 4 or 5 times for help. It was not until I had brought that to his attention that he went over to help the senior citizen. I told him shame on you it is your job to assist customers and you seen this man struggling by the way the whole time he was trying to copy he was on a cane the left cane was shaking and wobbling and I thought the gentleman was going to lose his balance and fall. Marlon said you're right but I was doing something else and I asked him if he would stop doing what he was doing to help this man and he did it disgruntletly. When I say this man was rude I don't know how he made manager but I did leave information with corporate because I plan on writing a complaint. Customer service is very important when you are bringing your business and your money to that establishment and it is unethical and uncouth for that kind of behavior to come from a manager. I hope you get it together Marlon very soon and I want you to know that I will be contacting corporate. You truly didn't want to help me until you sing the Motions that I was filing and the copies that I was making it's then that you found out that I was an attorney that you decided that you would be more helpful. But I'm here to tell you it doesn't matter what job a person does whether you're handicapped disabled or whether you work a full-time job everyone deserve the same respect the same honor the same customer service and commitment from a large establishment like Office Depot. Please be reminded there are major companies that are closing down you need to provide excellent customer service if you want your customer still to come and patronize you. By the way I could count on one hand how many customers came into that store it looks like you're struggling already. Please be mindful to be kind to people and to be respectful of your elders I felt bad for that elderly man who could have been his father and he cared less about him. Needless to say I will never enter this store again I'd rather take my business to some place that's going to be professional and conduct themselves and provide great customer service! We all deserve it"
"I stopped in the store for help. I needed to copy a doc from my phone and email it. There was only one person in the store. She was helpful until My phone was stolen from the top of the copier while I was reaching for for my copies. Yes, it happened quickly. I calmly asked her if she saw who took my phone. she responded " This isn't the lost and found". All she had to say is NO. Not nice."
