"Had my packages returned to me, and was left a note stating USPS priority shipping materials can not be used as packing material. I reuse Amazon boxes? And literally every other mail carriers packaging as packing material to reduce waste. I suppose the USPS prefers its customers to waste unnecessary paper products than recycle/reuse their “priority” boxes. Seems very inefficient and counter productive to me. Glad to see time is being wasted going through my mail to see what packing materials are used instead of being focused on solving the delays/logistic issues they’ve been facing for months."

"I receive my mail on time everyday. Depending on who delivers it. There’s 2 different mailman’s I’ve noticed but receiving it on a regular time for each is constant. Ones off an hour than the other. If my packages don’t fit in my mailbox they do bring it to my door! Very friendly. There was a time I received a package I had ordered from eBay in which I owed money for delivery and my mailman paid it in full. I received a receipt and paid him back what he paid the next day. He didn’t have to do that but did. The people that work at the post office in dowagiac are very friendly and help you to the fullest. They take there time and don’t rush so you understand fully and not second guess or ask the same question over just to understand better lol They also can be fast paced if your trying to get in and out quick. Great place to do business with!"

"My mailbox is just outside my neighborhood and is pretty big. Every single time I have a package bigger than four inches it says delivery attempted and I have to go to the post office. That is frustrating especially when you have a newborn with you. I once had a package with fedex and they say it didn’t fit in the mailbox and they actually came and delivered it a ton my door. Also every time I go to pick up said packages they have a hard time finding them. I’m so over this and wish they wouldn’t use usps anymore."

"Our mail delivery is at a consistent time every day and packages that do not fit are delivered to our door. But I write this review to talk about the service I receive at the actual branch office. The people there are always very friendly and helpful. I don't mail many large packages, but when I do I always have questions. At the counter I get information and options for sending my packages the most affordable way possible. I have never had a package lost, damaged, or stolen in transit either. I really appreciate having good people at this branch."
