"I don’t live here but I have relatives who do and I love the new look is beautiful I love the flooring. It’s a pretty quiet complex and the office ladies are sweet and always smiling you don’t get that too many places!"

"The only thing I liked is it was close to jobs.pool was open during my time there. From fake staff.snitching maintenance.who all also live on property.extra fees added to lease after lease sign. Took my rental assistance.eviction, harassment Locked my mail box.couldnt get mail. Pulled up on me in PJs on a Sunday while moving from watching from the office camera from home. Towed my new car the day after my paper plates expired. Place me next to older women on oxygen with a do not smoke sign on door. Let alone I'm a single mom with 3 boys.4,12,14. Backdoor in smaller rooms which would be a kids smh.was told more upgrades like barns or dog park,bike rakes added..they still go up the fees or rent because of the upgrades to the property...sooo unless you childless, elderly, retired.single, couple, roommate...don't bother. Yes they just enter if they want. Yes they leave something new every week on the door with complaints or fees.if I didn't have respect for my elders that pull up on a weekend when she walked up on my with my back turned moving furniture.making rude comments like when you using a car not a uhaul. Which is none of they business could of been self defense and is illegal harassment."

"For the last 2 years they've been doing apartments inspections every 3-4 months, my personal space being invaded so often is uncomfortable. Office management will just walk right in without even knocking, which if I understand it correctly this is illegal, but maintenance always knocks. The only thing they have ever fixed when I asked was the refrigerator, I have had a broken bathroom exhaust fan for over a year and they still haven't fixed it"

"I've been here for almost a year, my roommate for 2 and I like it a lot. The neighborhood is generally quiet, management is quick to respond to any issues (and super nice), and the apartments are cute. Also, the maintenance guys are really friendly and good at fixing issues with the apartment. My only complaint would be that there are dog owners who let their dogs poop and then don't pick it up. I hear there is a dog park in the works, hopefully that resolves the issue. For what it is, I think its a good, affordable, apartment complex."
