They will call you by phone personally to tell you your order status, and you are just left waiting around in radio silence wondering if and when your order will come for the rest of the time. In my experience with this company, even if you are ordering from a place 10 mins away and getting just a simple burger and fries, set aside about 1.5 hours of wait time for your food.
