"I am really very disappointed from ups services in this area. I called numerous time to the local location and explained that our business opens at 10:00 am on Saturday and if you guys come early please drop it off to the next door. on Nov 4th, 2023 they did it again and attempted around 9:13 and took my package back and than I called 4/5 times to 1800 to make sure they bring my package back and make sure they put in there system for next door. what happen again on this Saturday Nov 18th they came again early but i was already there and I asked the ups delivery man, if I wasn't open what were you doing with this package, He said I was taking it back and redelivering it on Monday. I asked him I requested numerous time to deliver it to next door if we not open and he said, there is no request in our system for next door. I am not understanding how they doing their job, only pissing us off and make it harder on us. hope they understand they are loosing business because i been using FedEx since last year for Saturdays and even regular days, and i have 4-5 packed at least a week. if they are ok to loose business instead of correcting their system than its their loss. wireless phone repairs 1380 mall drive benton harbor mi"
