"Outside looks run down but the apartments look pretty nice"

"I lived here for about a year with my husband. Overall it was not a bad experience. Fox brothers got me my security deposit back and worked with me. The apartments are really not that bad for the price. The hall ways are deceiving but that's about it lol. Cats are allowed, Dogs are allowed however the dogs do require a pet deposit. I honestly miss living here :,), Also, there's rumors of bed bugs and roaches?? Not once have I EVER seen them at barnswallow. I will admit, barnswallow isn't the cleanest in appearance or may need fixed up a little but it's great first starting out. Can't really complain :)"

"I have lived here a pretty long time. I love the management. Past tenents have taken advantage, and , in some respect, most of us fall short. Since the new owners took over, fox bros properties, I've watched them hire the best help around, in their effort to renovate these apartments, and to mow the place and keep it plowed in winter. Plus trash control and heat. You pay electric and rent. If you meet them you will know what I mean. They will probably be working as they are talking"

"I love it here I recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay that also has a creative mind to come and enjoy the serene atmosphere of old ancient building that is now up for rent from different ranges of prices depending on which view or choice of living conditions your into living . Like I said its peaceful and just laid back no riches which is a big plus bc I absolutely cant stand them . And from time to to time u may haveca little rodent problem seeing that we are out in the countryside but that's what comes with the lifestyle if you know what I mean . But overall I think in like most about this place is the way the keepers look after the place and are willing to work with you. It makes a big difference when you have someone willing to show they will help you by working with you. I can appreciate that more than any thing but I've been here close to a year and I've had no problems that I can say is not worth my enjoyment here. Five stars compared to alot of places I've been Check it out."

"the past reviews are nothing but garbage. Barn Swallow apartments are placed in a rustic building with one and two bedroom apartments and their are no roaches and there has never been no roaches. I have been there many times and I have lived there on two different occasions and NEVER did I see a cock roach. The place is kept clean and also has two laundry rooms."
