"The print shop did an amazing job. I uploaded a baby shower invitation at 2 o’clock and picked up the finished product at 7 o’clock. It came out perfect and the staff was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using them for my future needs."

"I frequent this location often for work and have never had a negative experience. I came into the store today looking for a few things and felt the customer service was the best i have ever received. They didn’t have the amount of one of the items that I needed but did not hesitate to order it for me in the store. I also was looking for 2 of the same computers, but did not see a display for this model. When I asked about it, a gentleman named Bob did not hesitate to check in the back for me just incase. They did end up having one of them in the back, and he found another store that had another one. Online prices were honored and the customer service all around was excellent!"

"My 2nd favorite Staples store…the other is located on Beck and Grand River. Greeted immediately as I walked in. Store was well stocked. However there is usually an employee walking around inquiring if anyone needs help. Not the case today. I walked up to the register area to interrupt 3 employees chatting. However one of the employees walked me right over to the items I needed. When I was ready to check out there was nobody at the register. As a couple of employees came out from the back they indicated which register was open. It was then I noticed an employee restocking shelves close to the checkout area. She was very friendly, doing her job with a smile!"

"Came in for TSA Precheck and there was a pretty big line but they had it very organized and moving smoothly. Megan at the precheck kiosk was great and so were the other Staples staff. We even found a great deal on a printer using the $10 coupon."
