"Awesome to work with and my new business cards came out way better than anticipated **Updated Review** I had business cards done through here about a year ago now. I knew I wanted a new type of card and format and couldn't come up with the full idea even though I had parts of it down on what I wanted. Speaking with the owner, he helped finalize the idea and really helped set in stone the type of card I wanted. During the process I had brought up getting skunk tracks on the card and getting them raised, this was told to me that it may be difficult to do but they found out how to get it done but was told that not all the claw marks would make it, I agreed to proceed. I was also told that my logo, due to some bright green and purple, may not transfer well to the card format based on the format I had the logo through, again I agreed to proceed. I got the cards and by all accounts was very pleased with them. After the cards I had asked for some help on creating a new work order form for the business to which I was told they would look into. I got one sample that I sent back some requested updates to and also asked what the fee for doing this would be, and I never heard back. I reached out a couple of more times regarding the forms and never received any response back so I had just decided to work on things myself at that point. With all this information, I still rated the company with 5 stars. Fast forward to now and why I updated the review to 3 stars. I was in need of another batch of business cards and decided to try a different local company based off of lack of communication through the potential new work order form through Postcard GR. This new local business I went to was unsure of if they would be able to mimic my current cards but told me if they couldn't get it to what I liked that they wouldn't charge me any setup or artwork fees so I decided I really didn't have anything to lose. This company was able to make the same format of card with the soft touch and raised feet on the front, and information on the back; but they were able to do everything that Postcard GR said couldn't be done. They got all the claw marks on the skunk tracks, and brightened up the front colors of the card. They were also able to get the bright colors of the logo and also include the defined "ripples" of the skunks spray in the logo as well. I really felt that this new company worked harder to get everything right and every little detailed into my cards, and the price for the same amount of cards with the same set up was less than what I paid last time. Again, I have no ill will with Postcard GR, and for what I was told and agreed to proceed with, I believed they did a great job; but when I found another company able to get everything into the card I felt like I might have been mislead some over my cards. I have attached pictures of my business cards, front and back, to show the differences."
