"I just got approved to move into a beautiful, spacious apartment in this complex. I do my research thoroughly before deciding on anything. I read reviews and found a lot of negative ratings for this complex. I asked Brie'Auna Smith, Leasing Consultant, about each negative review. She was quite transparent and honest with her answers. Her management company just acquired ownership of this beautiful property 8 months ago. They have tons of things that had been neglected prior to them taking over. They are working diligently to not only rectify the things needing to be done from previous management they're are also keeping up with new issues!!! I also spoke with a lot of people who live here now. GENERAL CONSENSUS. . .things have improved tremendously since this new management team came. Brie'Auna is one of the reasons I decided to move in. She is sooooo friendly, honest and knowledgeable, and helpful. She genuinely cares about me and my furbabies!!!! I'll keep you posted as my adventure continues!!! Well, I've been here for almost 8 months and I love it here!!!! I'm a senior citizen. I had to have knee surgery last September. My apartment was/is perfect for me. I don't have any steps, and I have a walk-in ensuite shower. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath spacious apartment home. I have beautiful vinyl flooring in my living room, kitchen, and hallways. I have tile in my bathrooms and carpeting in my bedrooms. There is a lot of closet space, including a walk-in closet in my master bedroom. I have a small, cute kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. My blinds over my patio door kept breaking when I moved in. Our office manager, Dillion, offered to get patio curtains. He even let me pick them out along with the curtain rod!!!! They are pet friendly here, and we all pick up our pet's poop! I have NEVER seen any poop left on the ground. We even have waste stations stocked with poop bags and garbage cans in various places. We even have a Doggie park.!!!@ The grounds are kept up immaculately at all times. Our maintainence crew was jolly on the spot when we had a big snowstorm. They kept the parking lot and walkways clear. They are sooooooo friendly and take care of our maintenance requests quickly. I love it here and plan to live here for a very long time. I pray that our current office staff and maintenance crew stay also."

"We recently moved from Miami to South Bend and the transition was smooth, management is excellent providing the steps in order to do the process the right way. The apartment is spacious and in good condition, and for the price and excellent location can't complaint. The service maintnance team has been very efficient every time I needed them."

"I have lived here for almost 9 years. It is a lovely, perfect location with the riverwalk across the street as well as being only a mile from downtown South Bend and Notre Dame campus. The apartments are pretty big and the nature center on the property is nice."

"My husband and I moved into Riverside North apartments right after getting married in October. We are 5 months into our lease and have had a great experience! Maintenance is responsive and thorough... we have never waited longer than 2 days to get things fixed. Our unit has updated appliances and feels clean and fresh. I love sitting at our table in the early morning watching the birds by the river with the warmth of the sun streaming in. The apartments are quiet and peaceful. Have also loved living in close proximity to downtown South Bend and Mishawaka. Very convenient location. This has been a great spot for us!"

"Very nice place to live. Safe community! Excellent staff that is very courteous and takes care of requests promptly. Issues are addressed around the property very quickly and professionally. Non smoking in apartments means no smelling neighbor’s smoke through your walls, which is very appreciated. Added bonus is the proximity to the beautiful river walk and its connections to South Bend’s walking and biking trails and gorgeous historic neighborhoods. Would recommend!"
