"I love Berry Bush! They have beautiful apartments that are actually affordable! The Maintnance man joe is cool and Lynda is very nice she helped me with the online process of getting into here. It’s long and tedious but worth it!"

"I give 4 stars all to Brian, he has been on top of everything I asked and has fixed everything in a timely fashion for my family and I. He is always here working in something to make this place better! The ladies in the office on the other hand I give 0 stars too! They were rude to me from the moment I walked into the office. Talking at me like a child when I was trying to express my conserns and when I tried to give them my rent they yelled at me to put it in the mail! I did not appreciate the way I was treadted by them ladies. Brian always talks to me with reapect and he is on topof what ever conserns I talk to him about!"

"Was approved and moved in. A month later I get told by the regional manager that housing was in jeopardy because they didn't do there side correctly. I contacted an attorney. He wants me to take it to court. Threats is why I'm reporting this business to the government."

"Beware all veterans the manager robin and the maintenance man...setion 8 paid for my place up to july 2018 the maintenance man had informed us he changed the locks in may they had taken things out of my apartment in which the maintenance man apologized because he was about to take more things their excuse was they thought i wasnt coming back all this was done upon the managers requests in which she violated my lease....if you are a veteran and recieve section 8 beware donot move to this place"

"Great Place, NO loud music even on the weekends. Wasnt always like this but now its great. Hopefully it stays that way. Seems The Manager has really tightend things up. Maintanance is AWESOME. Hard worker. I plan on staying a long time, enough said."
