They also claimed all the windows are broken which is false. I had a small side window opened. Liars and thieves at this location. Don't rent here trust me. You will see all of their parking spots are vacant."

"Rented a storage unit, upon arrival I realized the unit was too small, immediately went to the office to get a upgraded unit and was told I couldn't do that. All prices and promotions were the same but was given such a hard time trying go to get a bigger unit I just kept the one I had. Will not be renting next month"

"Nice receptionist. Simple to sign up. Appreciate auto pay. Love that it's gated and you need an access code. My unit's door does not stay open, which is inconvenient when trying to move things in and out.They've been making upgrades to the parking lot (it kept flooding) which, I think, is the reason why they've increased my rent twice in less than 6 months. If it weren't for that, I'd give it another star. I chose them because of their affordablility, but the increases are making me want to reconsider."
