"Schwan doesn't have a clue about customer service. Both "Petra" on the phone and "Jim" the driver were dismissive and arrogant. They had a 3 hour delivery window but couldn't make it on time or inform me that they would be late. Apparently they have too many customers, so now they have one fewer. Neither Petra nor Jim seemed to care about their customer's time. They would have been happy to leave my food on my porch, in the summer sun, if I wasn't home. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. No apologies, no effort to retain my business. Don't waste your money or your time. They don't care about you. Their service and the product are probably equally shoddy. I would give zero stars if I could. They wasted a day of my life."
