"For the last few years I have ordered one to two thousand sweet potato slips. These slips are sensitive to the heat and i divide them up between several Amish families. For this reason I prefer to get them as early as possible upon arrival. Each time that I have gone to the warehouse the employees there, supervisors, drivers and sorting staff have been super helpful and friendly. I worked for the Post Office for 30 years in roughly ten different locations and never had full employee customer service like the Big Rapids UPS crew."

"Fast and efficient. They've always been able to help me out and troubleshoot any shipping issues. This is mainly a package drop off location. It is NOT a full UPS store."

"John went above and beyond. I had a package sent to me that required a signature from a person 21 or older, when I bought this item and had it shipped I did not know this would be the case. I have Amazon packages delivered to my doorstep all the time, without issue. Well my package came, and went back in the truck, as I was not home to sign for it. I will never be home to sign for it as I work during regular delivery hours. This was going to be a problem, as the package was a birthday gift for my wife. I brought my slip into the delivery center during the 4 to 6pm window and explained to John what was happening. He explained the delivery driver was still out, but that I could come back after 6 as he would still be there and he would get the package from the truck then. He in no way had to do this, he could have towed the company policy and gone about his day. I came back at 6:30 knocked and he retrieved the gift, saving my wifes birthday. 5 stars will keep on using UPS!"

"Smooth transaction every time I visit which is obviously the biggest factor when rating. The guy at the desk is always helpful, speedy, and polite. Only thing holding back the last star is the hours of operation for customers."
