"Renters Beware: the owners are scammers. You’ll get a nice elevator speech about an artist, but the house is dirty, moldy(you can smell it) and has a bug infestation issue, so you can’t open the windows. Also, the locks on the doors leading outside from the dining room don’t actually lock. We stayed here with 2 sets of grandparents, four sibling couples and seven children. Upon checkout the owners made an unauthorized charge to my credit card followed by accusations of a high school party gone bad (blood, vomit, broken furniture). When asked for photo proof they provided nothing and wouldn’t return my call requesting proof. They also threatened me with a lawyer. You may want to immediately shutdown your card if you give them the number and take pictures at arrival as well as check out. "Rabbit ran and fell Inn!! Rented the entire Inn for a week to host a family reunion. From the start there were numerous mechanical issues e.g. oven didn’t work, one refrigerator, doors wouldn’t lock, WiFi and cable very poor. Owner unresponsive and condescending quote “just go to a restaurant”! Very little compensation for our troubles!! Definitely not returning!! Run from Rabbit Run!!"

"Very nice place that is in a quiet area, yet convenient to downtown Sawyer and Warren Dunes. Accomodations were top notch. The owner, Linda Jo, was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The entire experience was relaxing. Our room was decorated in a modern theme and was spotless. A very nice place that I would recommend for a weekend getaway. Only thing that I think may enhance the place a bit is if there was a real breakfast served. Parking was also a bit tight, but we managed."
