"customer support was friendly and extremely helpful, also provided credible references for my specific needs. highly satisfied"
"Very professional and thorough. Done right the first time. We wish we had found them sooner. We are getting things done now that have been "on the list" for many months. Highly recommended."
"They keep our systems running smoothly and are always there to help! Thanks TKI!"
"This team really pulled through for us. We moved offices and wanted to set up a robust IT system. It's been great!"
"We have used TechKnowlegey Inc. as our IT source since July of 2012. We are a small manufacturing company heavily dependent on our server and storage needs. TKI came onboard in the midst of a server meltdown, got us up and running has kept us going. They have been proactive in helping us keep up with technology and identifying weaknesses and strengths of our system. We recently added their Managed Firewall system FortiClient as a safeguard against malicious attacks. Today,I received a copy of software from a friend who had extra copies at the company she owns. As I was was installing in on my laptop, FortiClient quarantined one bit of the program and did not allow me to install it. I "Googled" the error and found that it was a Russian produced license emulator and would have made our network available for attack. I deleted all parts of the install that were on the laptop and called my friend to tell her to check their system. Thanks TKI for keeping our network safe."
