"RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I have been a customer for two years. My fees went up two times in one year. I was in the hospital and tried to make payment. The automotive system would not put my payment though. I assessed a late fee because of this. So I called the office to try to pay. They would not take payment over the phone. After I put in two request and played phone tag. They put a lean on my account and refused to work with me about this matter. It funny how one sided this place is. They expected customs to be understanding when they raise your rent unexpectedly without a care if it affordable or not. They have your belonging and there is nothing you can do but pay. This was my seconded time renting from this company. This most defiantly will my last. There was no reason the could not take my payment over the phone. Horrible custom service."

"The chubby guy with the nail polish and mustash will attempt to evict you if you go to your unit often. If you need support no one is ever in the office. There's dirty diapers and trash everywhere. He needs to spend more time cleaning and less time on his nails"

"Started with power in my unit then SROA built a climate controlled building and over night no warning power was turned off. Every 3-4 months the rent goes up. Wouldn’t recommend for long term storage needs."

"I asked manager if they had roaches and wad advised no. i signed a lease on July 31st. I went back 2 days later and found 3 roaches in my unit. I came back a week later and my unit is covered with roaches. Instead of management apologizing they blamed me!! Sorry an infestation doesn’t happen in less than 2 weeks"

"Caution, do you not store with this company. My daughter had a unit at the E. Michigan Ave. location in Kalamazoo Michigan. She purchased the $2000 insurance, filed a police report , filed a claim and hasn’t heard anything since August 24th. The property isn’t fully secured or fenced along the backside. No cameras along the back of units either. The police report states there were tire tracks backed up to the backside of the unit where the robbers broke through a wall taking items and destroying what was left behind. The website indicated a secured fence location which is not true. My daughter purchased their additional Insurance which they are not honoring. We have sent several emails and left several messages and no one will return our calls. As of 11-1-22 still no resolution."
