"We've been members here for years. This place has gone downhill. We talked to a Shelly last week concerning a transfer from one account to another. We were assured that the original never went through and she did it over the phone. Well Saturday morning I check my account and it's in the negative. Not only did the original transaction go through(the one she said wasn't pending)but so did the one she did.They need to hire ppl that know what they are talking about. As soon as my loan is paid off we are switching banks. This place is a joke anymore. Beware and do your research. Save time and go to another bank. It's hard to even get anyone to answer the phone when you have questions."
