"The guys at the service center always great to deal with. I'm always showing up just as a close, they always accept my packages. Thank you so much"
"LAZY!!! Due to a recent breech in security our shop was without internet. I had to hand write overnight labels... No big deal. However trying to drop them off NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE DOOR AT 2:30 P.M. POURING RAIN I knocked on a door that has a sign station open from 8a.m. to 6 p.m. I could hear people on other side of door. PLUS I WAS JUST THERE THE DAY BEFORE DROPPING OFF PACKAGES FOR SAME REASON... I called the help line where they advised me to KEEP KNOCKING AN WAIT... GREAT ADVISE. SO. since I'm the shipping coordinator Fed Ex will be getting everything an anything I can send. I don't even have to knock at their door. What's worse is I can't even use a small UPS store to send because they won't take our CORPORATE ACCOUNT NUMBER... That makes ZERO sense... Until you have a solution UPS IS TRASH FOR WORK PURPOSES......"
"UPS seems like it's devolved into a scam at this point. I was waiting for a delivery most of the day only to get a notification stating I missed my delivery. Now I call the customer support line and find out that if I want the package I have to pay 7.99 as a "pickup fee". What are my alternatives here, just let them keep the parcel? Like I said sounds like a scam. If you're still not convinced, let me recap, The driver probably didn't even leave his truck now the UPS store get's to extort me for even more money just so that I can claim my package. Sound's like a racket to me. Don't even get me started on how much time I spent on the phone with their customer support. That line seems like it's designed to frustrate customers until they give up."
"UPS may suck sometimes... but lets be realistic. I have had 6 items delivered to this location due to the street drivers not being able to follow either online instructions through ups.com or the delivery notice they left on the door. But the guys in the warehouse have always been able to take care of what they are there for, which is get the package from a truck into my hands. 4 of the times that has taken 2 trips due to the pickers in the back failing to place my package where it belongs but again, the people at the customer pickup get it taken care of much faster than ANY utility/service (Spectrum/Verizon/auto repair place)."
"Odd ball hours, but a good location. As of August 28, 2017. They don't accept cash for payment of shipping."
