"Have a great opportunity elsewhere, and they want me to pay $3000 to end my lease (2 months in advance for rent) and I still have to pay monthly rent, so technically I am paying 4 months in advance. Poor management as well, didn't even know my name or remember me when I went to re-sign, and took about a month to send me my documentation. Living wise, super busy roads so non-stop traffic and noise, and you can hear your neighbors upstairs since it's unfinished ceilings. Cheap finishing, my brick wall is falling apart and I'm constantly cleaning up bring and dirt on my floor. I recommend living somewhere else."

"Love the atmosphere, amenities, and the management team is amazing and accommodating. Shoutout to Josh for helping me with everything during an unexpected and quick transition. Everyone that lives here is nice as well! Couldn’t have picked a better spot to be my new home :)"

"Another of those semi-industrial style warehouse renovations. It’s a good location if you work in downtown GR. Bbl team is decent to work with. Building is cool and trendy, but there are some drawbacks. -Very big, drafty windows, and heat registers high up so your heating bill will be massive in the winter. -Doors might not shut all the way/cracks might appear in the walls because it is an old building with new and cheap interior carpentry. -Loud traffic and super loud train horns, depending on where in the building you are. -Thin walls so you will get to know all about your neighbors, and they will know all about you. -For the amount you pay for parking, you are not really guaranteed a spot (in the lots) They won’t tow random people parked in the lot, and neither will the city, so on weekends you might not be able to find a spot (that you pay over $100/month for) -Another thing about parking- no security cameras. You may walk out to find your car smashed/scraped up (I did) and not be able to do anything about it. -People live under the bridge next to the parking lot, so prepare to be approached often by panhandlers. -The traffic can get so bad on Market in the morning that it is nearly impossible to cross the road or exit the parking lot in a timely fashion. -Unless you are on the top floor the view isn’t great. Overall not the worst place to live. I guess in this area you pick your poison."

"I moved into my unit at BBL a week after the opening date! The amenity spaces are amazing and make hosting friends/family so much easier. I work a hybrid job and the FLEX space has been a life safer (the espresso machine has gotten me through MANY long days). Sara, the community manager, has been absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. She answered my millions of questions prior to signing and assisted me in upgrading to a different unit after my lease was signed. During my move in week, they even hired professional movers to help us (at no cost to residents!) The building makes me feel safe and both staff and residents are welcoming. :)"
