"I was shown a unit recently that I was interested in. The staff was very nice and professional, but the apartment building was an absolute dump. The unit was being renovated so it wasn't in the best presentable shape (something I was perfectly okay with and took into account), but not only did the unit smell absolutely awful, but the halls leading up to it did as well. There were cockroaches everywhere as well. I showed the person that showed me around, who then said they didn't blame me for no longer being interested. These units are cheap for a reason, but frankly, I don't see how they could be up to code. What kind of respectable apartment complex lets even their entrance halls get so bad?"

"I don't live at Ashbrook, but I picked up a friend there. Its a dump. Yard, window shades, trash every where. You make money off rent. Yoy should invest in overall appearance."
