"This park get worse very year. Been here almost ten years can not wait to move. They never plow or fix anything. The rent is outrageous and goes up every year while the quality of the community plummets. The office can handle no issues and always have an excuse on why they can’t plow or fix anything. The corporate office then gives you the same corporate answers with nothing resolved. I would recommend people find some where better like we are doing. They love writing people up for stuff. Many times they write me up for stuff that is not even my lot and have to call and explain. Maintenance and office people are horrible. But yet the roads suck. Parking spots suck. Pool not opened. And gym is non existent instead of fixing the equipment they throw it out. They just love riding there golf carts all day. Rent raised every year. If you don’t have a truck wouldn’t recommend living here as they do not plow snow. Many people stuck every year very embarrassing having quests not even able to make it to your house. They fix stuff at the office and front of park to make it look nice but everything else is horrible. Very strict on what you can do but cannot even plow snow"
"I don't live here personally but from the people I know that do it seems like the trailer park tries to gouge you for everything you're worth. It may be cheaper rent but don't let that fool you"
"Very nice place, well kept up. Love the extra wide roads they have and it seems to be a quiet place to live from what I could see."
"Great place to host a shower or medium sized gathering! My cousin's baby shower was here, and about 40 people were able to comfortably sit at round tables. They had 2 rectangle tables and 2 square tables for food and deserts, along with a small bar/counter area for beverages, which opened up to a small kitchen for dishes and clean-up. It was really nice!"
