"Moved over a month ago, wasn't getting my mail even after the new address form was done. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I needed to bring in my ID to complete the process??? The guy did scan it when I dropped the form off the first time. The lady was really nice, no complaints there, but now I'm still not getting mail. These hours are completely ridiculous. You either go in late or leave early just to get there to fix a problem they made by not doing something right. Can't talk to anyone on the phone, of course. Last 2 places I moved had no issues with this and I seen my mail within the first week. This is a small town, do better for your community!"

"Mail constantly lost and damaged. "Do not bend, photos" shoved in the box. Packages shoved in to the point of destroying the contents. EVERYTHING dealing with money disappears (postal inspectors said "hopefully it'll eventually show up". ) Lobby will close early without warning. Grumpy staff. I hate that this is where my mail goes."

The post office employee who helped us went out of his way to accommodate us and our infant, who on multiple attempts just flatly refused to open her eyes for her passport photos! None of the suspected roadblocks to a successful passport application submission could get in this employee’s way!
