"Living here was fine. Apartments are updated, stylish and have good amenities. However, I moved out at the end of May and had a package delivered two days later. I tried having it rerouted -- no luck. I have called twice, emailed several times and even filled out forms on third party websites. When I finally heard back (months later), property manager was rude and unhelpful. I’d be afraid to live here if that’s how they treat people."

"LITERALLY THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! I lived at Trowbridge for almost 2 years and their old management was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately they now have Edgewater property management and I’ve never dealt with a worse property manager. I re-signed my lease with the old company in June For 12 months But when they took over they made me either re-sign a new 12 month lease and have to pay an extra $240 for rent a month or move out. I decided to move out. Martha is extremely rude and never returns my calls or texts. She lost my notice to vacate and blamed me saying I never turned it in when I did and had contacted her on the day I moved out. Now I have been moved out for weeks and I still have not received my security deposit back. Every time I try to contact her she fails to respond so im still waiting for answers on where the money is. Please take this into consideration before moving here."
