"This is my husband and I’s first time moving into an apartment and we absolutely love it. Abbi and the management team were so understanding and absolutely amazing to work with and answered every single question we had from Application to move in. When you go into the office they make you feel right at home. 100% Recommend Central Park for anyone making a decision to move to Greenville!"
"My husband and I recently moved here in the beginning of July. Between the amazing views, the amazing staff who helped us along the way and the cozy apartment, we could not love it more! We are close to so many stores, we are able to bike on the trail and our dogs love the park. Our neighbors have been so welcoming and having the washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. We are so happy we made the choice to make this our home."
"This was a great place to live at first until we ran into several issues along the way. When we moved in we kept hearing birds in our vents and the bathroom eventually started to stink- it took months for someone to finally come out and put the cage on the vent to prevent this issue. The parking is terrible, very few spaces available to park in front of your building- it becomes a fight everyday to be able to park in front of your apartment building. There are multiple people that drive multiple cars and will leave them sitting in spaces for weeks to months. We also had an issue when we first turned our furnace on and maintenance said he would be out the next morning and to keep our furnace off- when he showed up his words were "wow it is chilly in here"... We also had evidence of a mouse (absolutely disgusting) and we were told "Haven't heard of mice here but I have a couple traps if you want". No one came to check anything out, they sat a bag of traps by our door. During the winter months the plowing was horrible. Snow piles in random places, cars were always getting stuck, and the walkways were never plowed/shoveled until days after. In my building a neighbor was actually shoveling our walkways because no one hired was taking care of it. This is frustrating when you live in a nicer apartment complex and it is not taken care of. Along with not being taken care of, the parking lots and grass area are littered with trash. Lastly, the management is poor. I had a situation with one of the ladies in the office and was met with a terrible attitude. There is a big lack of communication and organization."
"This complex is by far the best that I lived in while in the greater Grand Rapids area. The prior community we were in was very poorly managed, and the difference from there to Central Park was night and day; Becca and her team did a phenomenal job for us from move in until move out. The entire community and its buildings are new, so in our apartment we didn't run into too many breaks/issues although there were a few minor incidents that came up. Maintenance generally resolved those in a timely manner and the staff was always kind. The surrounding area is beautiful and being right along a multi-mile, well maintained trail was great for us and our dog. The dog park additions were also superb and give a lot of room to run around. The view we had over the ponds was also quite nice and made for a very peaceful area, even when so close to many people. The nearby public beach at Baldwin Lake was nice on the hot days and made up for the lack of a pool, although that would be fantastic. We moved out of state for a new job, but we really loved the area and space that we had. If we moved back anytime soon, I know exactly where I would go. I would definitely recommend this on a basis of the newness, fair & reasonable price, quiet area, and friendly/attentive staff. Last bit: Pay attention to the replies on the low reviews for this property. Instead of trying to dismiss an issue and protect themselves in an online review, CP's staff takes the time to talk to you face-to-face and provide great responsive service, something that can be hard to find these days... especially when renting."
"I’ve been living here for almost 2 months and i love it so far. The apartment is brand new with a full size washer/dryer in the bathroom, giant windows, and a huge balcony. Staff is nice and helpful and it’s great to be super close to the walking trail, the lake, and shopping."
