"Very knowledgeable staff. The gentleman knew exactly where the poster 7 is. Great attitude. Your post office is a shining light for the town."
"Why do I NEVER get my mail when I am supposed to!?!? Days will go by with absolutely no mail and then one day my box will be loaded. As if, it was inconvenient to bring it by because it was only one piece. Also, had a check sent to my house and the usps worker sent it back stating my house was abandoned when it CLEARLY looks lived in. This is people's belongings and livelihood. Get you job done right! Quite pathetic how this is UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and these people act as if they make the rules because it's a smaller branch in a small town. People would treat you better if you did your job better. You work for the American people, we don't work for you."
"Hard to even give a star at all! Angie has the worst customer service skills I have yet to experience from any other postal office. I was in to give the paperwork they require after I purchased a year subscription for a Po box. I walked in said hi I'm here to turn in this for a Po box she right away said no you did it wrong. Thats not the right paperwork.. umm ok so show me the right one. She said nope online can only do that. I said well this is what they gave me online. Nope she said then proceeded to ask me what I paid online and that wasn't what they charge and so on. Well guess what she asked her post master and I was correct. I did it right. She also just kept throwing out things like well you didn't do this right so I have to do this a different way now and oh we had a package for you already go back since you didn't have a Po box set up. I told her just refund me then if I did it wrong. She said nope we don't do that. I said it said online I could if I had an issue. She again said nope we don't. Do that. Online does. She was just plain rude!! Please let her go! You are losing business."
"I’ve never experienced the kind of negative energy from a customer service employee in my entire life. The lady at the front desk was unreasonable with me and my daughters time when we were sending my wife a present for Her birth day. The clerk made my daughter open the gift she wrapped for her mother so that there was no wrapping paper on the box. Taking the fun out of the surprise!! My girl had to write a note on a blank sheet of paper just to cover the present. I’ll never be coming here again and frankly I pray the clerk finds something better in her life than harassing customers."
"The main postal clerk has been working here for all of the years I've been doing my shipping here, since it is the closest USPS to me. She is rude, inefficient, and acts completely put-out while doing her job. She frequently rings up postal products and services at the incorrect rates, and when this is pointed out to her, she acts like it is the customer's fault that she did not accurately weigh or observe information on the package or forms. She acts like customers coming to the window is an imposition as opposed to her main job. She will frequently ignore customers or change her entire demeanor when someone who is not (apparently) a close, personal friend comes to her counter. This post office often gets packages from UPS or FedEx left at it and the clerk will refuse to check for packages left there when a customer comes to her counter with proof that the package has been delivered to USPS for delivery (ie: she will force the customer to wait for the carrier to deliver said package the next day, or week, if it was delivered to USPS from UPS on a Friday or Saturday). This branch of USPS suffers because its clerk is NOT customer-service oriented. I have had to completely reorient my shipping times to AVOID the main clerk; I will wait until the Postmaster arrives during the rude clerk's lunch-hour in order to do my shipping. This is the only way for me to ensure that my shipping is done efficiently, properly, and allows me to interact with someone who is friendly and treats me like my business is valued. The Postmaster is incredible at this location, however, unless he's actively working there any given day, I can't recommend avoiding this specific location enough. Stay away on Saturdays!"
